All I have is now
In the search of personal balance, the artist explored into meditation and self discovery. A journey that evolve in these pieces. The need of having a balance between work, being a mom of 4 child and growing them in this chaotic world that presents an uncertain future that was completely different in the one the artist was raised in. There is no new discovery, or no written answer that resulted of all these self discovery process, but the reafirmation that the only thing we have certain is now and today.
The first piece of these series has a woman holding a bunch of ballons, representing all the challenges we daily face, kids, work, family, friends, trying to create a balance in between them. On the right side there is a three, in which the roots are exposed. Three kids are climbing the jacaranda three, opposed to a couple of circular clocks that represent time, the precious time we have to share with them.
Agrega tu mensaje aquíOther pieces in these series have exploration of the human heart. “Giving Life” illustrates The artist´s father journey of bringing ECMO Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation to Mexico. A program that has saved many lifes of people that before this program would have died because of heart and respiratory conditions. This exploration one again brings the artist to analize what is really important in life and which things really to focus on such as being 100 perfect present in the moment, family, and giving purpose to life.
